Finnegan (Kircubbin) Died 15th May 2024, peacefully at hospital. John Joseph (Joe), devoted husband of Nannie, dearly loved father of Jarlath and Vincent, dear father-in-law of Ellen and Caroline and a much loved granda.

Joe’s remains will be reposing in John Smith Funeral Home on Friday 17th May from 10am-12 noon and 2pm – 5pm. The funeral will then leave the funeral home at 5pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Ballycranbeg to repose overnight. Requiem Mass on Saturday 18th May at 11am followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.

Funeral Service in Christ Church, The Quarter, on Friday 10th May at 11am followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Montgomery, Rev. Dr. Jenny (Ardkeen) Died 1st May 2024, peacefully at hospital after a short final illness. Devoted and dearly loved wife of Mike, loving sister of Paul, dear sister-in-law of Esther, Mary and Geoff, a dearly loved aunt and cousin and a dear friend to many in Portaferry and all over.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 7th May at 10.30am in St. Cooey’s Oratory, The Square, Portaferry. Service of committal will take place in Roselawn Crematorium on Thursday 9th May at 10.40am.

Jenny’s remains will repose in her home 15 Ballygelagh Road, Ardkeen on Monday 6th May from 2pm-5pm. House private at all other times.

Jimmy, dearly loved husband of the late Anne, loving and devoted father of Anne-Marie, Michael and David, dear father-in-law of Raymond, Lynn and Lynette, much loved grandfather of Mark, Lesley-Ann, Adam and Graham and their partners Leigh-Ann, Mark, Katie and Leann, loving brother of Mary and the late John and a loving great-grandfather and uncle.
